The GNRS Cave Event IRL

🖤 EVENT DESCRIPTION

GNRS Stockholm 2026 is a private, adult-only community hangout held during Stockholm Pride weekend.

This event is designed as a consent-first, respectful, and intentionally small gathering for members of the GNRS community.

The focus of the event is connection, trust, and shared community space. Participation in any activity is always optional, and attendees are welcome to socialize, observe, or step away at any time.

The event takes place the day before the Stockholm Pride Parade.

Participation in the parade is free, optional, and not ticketed.

This is a private event with a strict capacity limit. Once tickets are sold out, no additional entries will be possible.

⭐ TICKET TYPES

🎟️ Regular Ticket – 300 SEK

• Access to the full private event
• Wristband issued at entry
• Re-entry permitted with wristband and valid ticket

⭐ VIP / Supporter Ticket – 700 SEK

• Includes all Regular Ticket access
• 1-hour early entry
• GNRS VIP badge
• Meet-and-greet with admins and moderators
• Behind-the-scenes community discussion

VIP tickets support the event and help keep it safe, private, and small-scale.

VIP tickets do not grant priority participation or special authority.

📜 EVENT POLICIES

Please read carefully before purchasing a ticket.

🔞 AGE REQUIREMENT

This is a strictly 18+ event.

• All attendees must present valid government-issued photo ID
• ID must match the name on the ticket
• No exceptions will be made

🎟️ TICKETS & ENTRY

• Tickets are sold online only
• Tickets may be purchased in advance or on-site via official QR code (subject to availability)
• Total capacity is strictly limited to 30 attendees
• Once sold out, ticket sales close automatically

At entry, all attendees must present:

1. A valid ticket (PDF or digital wallet)
2. Valid government-issued photo ID

🔁 RE-ENTRY POLICY

Re-entry is permitted only if BOTH are shown:

• A valid event ticket (PDF or digital wallet)
• An official event wristband
• Wristbands must be worn at all times
• Lost or removed wristbands will not be replaced
• Lost tickets will not be reissued

No ticket + no wristband = no re-entry.

🚫 TICKET TRANSFERS & REFUNDS

• Tickets are personal and non-transferable
• The name on the ticket must match photo ID
• Tickets may not be shared, resold, or transferred

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for. 

• No-shows
• Late arrival
• Early departure
• Failed ID check
• Removal due to rule violations
• Being escorted out of the event

📵 PHONES & RECORDING

This is a private event.

• Phones must be silenced and kept away
• Photography, video, and audio recording are not permitted
• Any violation may result in removal from the event

🛡️ CONSENT & CONDUCT

• Consent must be explicit, mutual, and ongoing
• All participation is optional
• Anyone may step away or leave at any time without explanation
• Pressure, coercion, or boundary violations are not tolerated

Staff and moderators are present throughout the event.

Anyone wearing a blue GNRS Staff badge is available to help.

Failure to follow event rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

🌈 STOCKHOLM PRIDE PARADE

Participation in the Stockholm Pride Parade is:

• Optional
• Free
• Not ticketed
• Open to attendees and non-attendees alike

The parade is separate from the private GNRS event.
